Shipping policy

WaveTrail Co. ships to customers worldwide. Here is what you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Domestic Shipping (United States): Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping fee of $8 for orders under $75.

International Shipping: International orders typically arrive within 15-30 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
